The M1905 was also produced during early WW II by six manufacturers (AFH, OL, PAL, UC, UFH, & WT). They have the same dimensions, but with plastic grips, and dates 1942-1943. Essentially identical, but quality varies with manufacturer, and usually less than SA or RIA. Earlier M1905 bayonets were also arsenal refinished and sometimes supplied with the newer bakelite grips.
