m28/30 bayonet was made for Suojeluskunta (Civil Guard) by Hackman and Fiskars. Only First Hackman bayonets were made without oil hole.

Chromed gift bayonet. Handed as retirerment gifts at least in 70’s.
Note non-standard black wood handles, same as in M27- and M28 -bayonets. Either this predates standard Fiskars M28/30's, or birch handles just did not look good.
